Frank De Palo, our exceptional Project Manager, who became an integral part of our team in 2019, bringing with him over 40 years of profound experience in the building and drafting industry. Frank's journey is more than a professional trajectory; it's a testament to his deep passion for turning architectural dreams into tangible, awe-inspiring realities.

In collaboration with the Company Director, His role goes beyond the technicalities; he works closely to ensure that each project is not only timely but also aligned with the unique budgets and aspirations of our clients.

As the head of site operations, Frank takes the helm in leading and managing our project teams, orchestrating the day-to-day intricacies that bring our projects to life. His commitment to delivering excellence goes hand in hand with his ability to infuse a personal touch into every build. Frank's wealth of experience becomes a guiding force, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the expectations of those who entrust us with their dreams.

Admin/Finance Manager

Adriana Ortegon, a valuable addition to our team since 2021. With an impressive 20 years of experience in administration and accounting, Adriana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization.

Armed with a master’s in financial Markets, Professional Accounting, and Business Administration, Adriana assumes the pivotal role of Finance & Administration Manager. Her responsibilities extend beyond numbers; she works closely with the team to streamline processes, ensuring the seamless functioning of our financial and administrative systems.

Adriana's meticulous approach is evident in her oversight and coordination of the company's financial and administration workflows. She plays a key role in facilitating communication across all departments, developing procedures to enhance efficiency, and ensuring that our organizational processes align with industry best practices.

Adriana Ortegon is the driving force behind the smooth operation of our organization, bringing her wealth of knowledge and dedication to every aspect of our administrative and financial functions.


                     Service Manager

Paul Bennett rejoined our company in 2023, taking on the crucial role of Service Manager. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with our Project Manager throughout the entire build process. Once the construction is finished, Paul transitions to supporting clients as they take ownership of their new homes. His primary responsibility is to verify that all works align with the projected scope of works.

At the helm of the Service Department team, Paul oversees customer service interactions, manages reports, and coordinates repairs. As Service Manager, he is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, fostering robust relationships with both customers and third-party vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction for repeat business. Paul plays a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.


              IT Manager 

Krishan Mandhar, our accomplished IT Manager since 2019, is at the forefront of ensuring the technological backbone of our organization remains resilient and secure. His role extends beyond conventional IT management; Krishan is responsible for overseeing the intricate web of information technology and security within our business.

In the realm of IT, Krishan efficiently manages service level agreements. This involves implementing cutting-edge technologies, maintaining robust systems, and ensuring seamless communication channels. His strategic approach doesn't merely focus on meeting today's technological needs but anticipates and prepares for the future, ensuring our IT infrastructure evolves with the ever-changing landscape.

               Cadet Supervisor

Welcome Charlie Da, our Cadet Supervisor who joined our organization in 2024. With a degree in civil engineering, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our construction endeavours.

In his role, Charlie collaborates closely with the Project Manager, contributing his insights to daily operations. His background in civil engineering positions him as an asset to our team, and we are excited about the positive impact he will have on our projects.

            Graduate Architect

Samir Baraket joined us in 2021. A recent graduate in Architectural Design from the University of Adelaide, Samir is currently completing his final year for a Master’s degree. His presence brings a fresh perspective to our company, characterized by contemporary and modern design elements, showcasing his passion for architecture and design.

In his role, Samir works in-house, spearheading critical aspects of our design process. His responsibilities include crafting concept drawings, working on detailed plans, and utilizing 3D visualization to bring our ideas to life. Samir collaborates closely with the company director and project manager, infusing the team with his enthusiasm for innovative and captivating designs.

                              Field Services Team Leader


We are pleased to announce the addition of Emanuel Syrianos to our team in 2023, taking on the pivotal role of Field Services Team Leader. Emanuel is tasked with implementing safety measures, addressing safety reports, and conducting workplace inspections to guarantee a secure working environment for our valued trades and suppliers.


Emanuel leads a dynamic team that brings great synergy to our company. Alongside him, the team consists of skilled professionals, including Andreas Giannakopoulos, Ruben Deniels, and Anthony Chiera.
